I definitely dress my children like children. A little on the preppy side, always on the asshole side and pieces. They have exactly what they need for every occasion and not an excess of anything.
I have major appearance rules as a parent. After 5pm, my children must always take some sort of over throw (coat, sweater, cardigan), a thin or light piece in the summer even when it is super hot. I like my children to look cared for in a very thorough way.
Daughter and Son are not so much children anymore but I still parent them into what I want. For example, with Daughter, I still buy her what I think is best and not according to her style. So she's acquired my taste, all force fed into what I want. It's working out well, she has a great eye, her style is unique, zero try hard diehard and it is 100% her own.
