I have the shake below four to five days a week.
I have half in the morning before my workout and then the other half by noon or 1pm.
handful of blueberries
5-6 ice cubes
3/4 cup of water
one tablespoon of Flaxseed (I just shake it in)
one scoop of protein powder
scrambles eggs no salt ketchup
hard boiled eggs
Greek Yogurt with Honey
Dinner depends but never rice or pasta unless it's the weekend or a special occasion.
*When I'm really trying to slim or doing heavy damage control, I always eat things that grow from the earth.
Weekends, forget about it.
