I originally started because I wanted to sweat and you sweat, like drip.
I really want to share how much I love the process of hot yoga.
The class is very instructional, so then it's your ability to succeed. Your mind, determination, discipline and patience all tested by the strength of your body.
Control is dam sexy.
No weights, so you build strength in a very empowering way - mentally and physically all by yourself.
This builds in time or as they say, over practice. And practice does make perfect. I see amazing changes in my body and posture.
